The Service is designed for educational and informational purposes to help users understand options markets.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Promptly update your information if it changes

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to Pro features. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscription Plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. No Investment Advice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIONS MATRIX PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Options Matrix Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
