1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Options Matrix Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Options Matrix Pro is an options analysis platform that provides tools for visualizing option yields, scanning multiple symbols, building and analyzing strategies, and receiving AI-powered insights. The Service is designed for educational and informational purposes to help users understand options markets.

3. Account Registration & Fair Usage

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

One Account Policy: You are permitted to register and maintain only ONE (1) free or trial account per individual. Attempting to circumvent this policy by creating multiple accounts (e.g., using different email addresses, aliases, or synthetic identities) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Beta Access: Current beta access is available to a limited cohort of users. During beta, approved users receive platform access without payment.

Beta Scope: Beta users receive full Ultimate feature access during beta, with AI usage subject to beta limits and fair-use controls.

Launch Pricing: Paid plans will be introduced after beta. Beta users will receive a 40% lifetime discount when paid plans launch.

Plan Changes: We may update plan features, limits, and pricing before and after launch. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.

5. Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse

To protect the integrity of the platform and our data providers, you agree not to engage in any abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Automated Access & Bots: Using bots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to access, monitor, or extract data from the Service without explicit written permission.
  • System Abuse & Spamming: Sending unreasonable or disproportionately large requests to our servers, repeatedly refreshing data at high speeds, or otherwise burdening our infrastructure in a way that disrupts the Service for other users.
  • Data Extraction: Mass downloading, reverse-engineering, or systematically extracting OPRA market data or any proprietary platform data for external use.
  • Trial Exploitation: Exploiting the platform's free tier, beta access, or trial periods through any technical manipulation, loopholes, or coordinated abuse.
  • Unauthorized Distribution: Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or broadcasting the Service or its data to third parties.
  • General Misuse: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, developing a competing product using our data, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or administrative systems.

We reserve the right to define what constitutes "abuse" or "unreasonable load" at our sole discretion. Violations of this Acceptable Use policy will result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Options Matrix Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Data and Market Information

The Service displays options market data from third-party providers. While we strive to provide accurate information:

  • Data may be delayed or subject to errors
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
  • You should verify all information before making trading decisions
  • Data availability may be affected by market hours and provider limitations

8. No Investment Advice

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. We do not recommend that any securities, options, or strategies be bought, sold, or held by you. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIONS MATRIX PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Options Matrix Pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Options Matrix Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
